Ingredients
Salad:
-Arugula
-Apple (thinly sliced)
-Orange segments
-Crumbled Paneer
-Croutons ( I made them out of leftover olive focaccia bread)
Salad Dressing:
-Soy sauce
-Orange juice (about half tbs)
-Orange marmalade (optional)
- Fresh ginger juice ( I used garlic press)
-Olive oil
